Help Feed Hungry in Westwood

The Westwood Food Pantry is in desperate need of donations, according to an article in today's Hometown Weekly. The Food Pantry serves over 30 local families who obtain food from the pantry on the third Thursday of each month. Although the pantry has plenty of canned soup, they need canned vegetables, boxes of cereal and other non-perishable items like coffee, cans of tuna, etc. Donations are collected Monday through Friday at the Senior Center (60 Nahantan St) between 9:30am and 2pm and stockpiled until the monthly distribution.

For more information, or to arrange a drop off of additional items or cash donations, contact Joe Weider at 781-762-4853.
